What happens if I lose my card?
Answer: If a Season Pass is lost, the owner of the Pass must go to Guest Relations to pick up a new one.

How do I renew my Season Pass?
Answer: To renew your Season Pass for next year simply stop by Guest Relations at the park. You may also renew your Pass by calling 1-866-GO-4-ELMO or by logging onto to www.sesameplace.com. Once logged on, click the "Buy Tickets" link and then click the renew Season Pass icon.

A family member of mine who does not have a season pass wants to come to the park with me, am I able to get them discounted tickets?
Answer: Big Bird and Super Grover members can purchase discounted single day admission tickets, just show your Season Pass. Get $10 off single-day tickets. Valid for up to six tickets. Prices and products subject to change.

How do I schedule my meet & greet with the characters?
Answer: The Character Meet & Greet takes place before the Rock Around the Block Parade. To schedule your Meet & Greet, Pass members should go to Guest Relations first thing in the morning of their arrival to ensure they receive time with the characters. The Meet & Greet is offered on a first come, first serve basis for Big Bird and Super Grover members only. Each Pass member must show their Big Bird or Super Grover Season Pass to participate in the Meet & Greet.

Where do I go for the VIP seating at Big Bird Theater and Paradise Theater?
Answer: Big Bird and Super Grover members should report to the exit of Big Bird Theater or to the left entrance of Paradise Theater 15 minutes prior to the start of the scheduled show. Each pass member must show their Big Bird or Super Grover Season Pass to take advantage of the VIP seating. Not valid for special concerts and events.

How do I make reservations for Dining with Big Bird & Friends?
Answer: Dining with Big Bird & Friends is by reservation only. To book Dining with Big Bird & Friends please call group sales at 1-866-GO-4-ELMO or click here to book online. Super Grover and Big Bird Season Pass members receive a 10% discount on all Dine with Big Bird reservations. All pass members can take advantage of the “Kids Eat Dinner Free” special. Receive one free kid’s dinner with each adult dinner purchase in Dine with Big Bird and Friends.

How do I receive discounted tickets for other Worlds of Discovery Theme Parks?
Answer: Super Grover Pass members have unlimited FREE admission to the other Worlds of Discovery Theme Parks (excluding Discovery Cove). Big Bird Pass members are eligible for a 50% discount at all other Worlds of Discovery Theme Parks (excluding Discovery Cove). Simply go to Guest Relations window at the park and show them your Season Pass to receive your discounted or free admission.
